About the Role
This is a diverse and fast-paced position responsible for providing administration support across workforce operations, compliance, accounts support, logistics coordination, and general office administration. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting operational and leadership teams.
The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating office activities, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring high standards of organisation and professionalism across all administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administration Duties
General office administration and reception support
Answering and directing phone calls and email enquiries
Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintaining staff training and compliance records
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintaining registers, spreadsheets, and internal databases
Assisting leadership and operational teams with day-to-day administration tasks
Document Control & Support
Assist with document control, filing, and version management
Ensure administrative documentation is accurate and up to date
Support compliance and record management processes
Assist with accounts and invoicing administration duties as required
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in an administration or office support role
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams capability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Desirable
Experience within mining, construction, engineering, oil & gas, or industrial sectors highly regarded
Experience with document control systems and compliance documentation
MDR - Manufacturers data report experience highly regarded
Exposure to accounts, invoicing, or payroll administration functions advantageous
